Jenifer is a lifelong educator, having served (IYKYK) as an elementary school teacher and a local government technology trainer. She’s also been an instructional designer and project manager for the federal government, a large financial institution, and a multi-national management consulting firm. She is known for giving PowerPoint training to standing room only audiences. No one calls in sick when Jeni is presenting! She is committed to providing the kind of learning experience that engages learners and is exciting to be a part of.
Jeni lives in Northport, Alabama, with her husband, teenager, and two rescued dogs. She loves to entertain and being out on the water (lake, river, ocean…and anything in between).

Luke Hauschner
High School Science Teacher
Luke Hauschner is a kid at heart who enjoys science, playing soccer, and all things outdoors. He has worked in federal asbestos abatement, business intelligence, beer sales, and secondary education. He believes that learning should be engaging, relevant, and fun!
Luke lives in Nelson County, VA with his wife, three dogs, and four cats. He loves to hike and canoe in the beautiful Virginia Appalachia.

MaryRuth Alford is a creative with a love for learning, having studied both video production and education. She has worked as an elementary ESL teacher, instructional designer, eLearning developer, program manager, and a flight attendant. She believes learning should be fun, engaging, and accessible to everyone.
Mary lives in the Washington DC metropolitan area, and loves to travel and to go to hockey games (Go Caps!).
