A fierce advocate for theatre education, Julane has dedicated her 20-year career to uplifting the lives of children and their families. Julane has led theatre classes and camps for youth and teens. Julane is a proud military spouse, mom of two boys, and driven problem-solver who aspires to unite communities through theatre. Senior Project Engineer with Ingenics Consulting Group

William Carter is a Senior Project Engineer with Ingenics Consulting Group. He has over 30 years of manufacturing experience, primarily safety-critical product design for heavy industry and automotive manufacturers. His 3D modeling and design work for the automotive industry includes creating a fueling recess solution based on a Chobani yoghurt cup he had for lunch that day. Additive manufacturing, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and AI machine learning are his current projects. Generative design and 3D printing are the things he does for fun. He has two orange tabby kitten berserkers who have discovered how to pull his air vents out of the floor, so he is currently designing a cat-proof floor register. Eliseo Valerio is a bilingual educator and arts integration specialist with experience in theatre, language learning, and culturally responsive education. He has deep experience in developing and leading innovative, equity-centered programming for multilingual learners. Eliseo is the founder of Playlabras, a theatre-based language initiative recognized by the Jacobs Foundation and Penn Wharton Innovation Fund. He is passionate about student voice, literacy development, and expanding access to transformative learning experiences through the arts.
